• Installation of one indoor wall-mounted air handler
• Installation of one outdoor condenser unit
• Mounting of condenser on pad or brackets
• Installation of refrigerant line set
• Electrical connections and disconnect installation
• Condensate drain installation
• Wall penetration and sealing
• System startup and operational testing

Services Required:

• Supply of all equipment and materials
• Installation of complete split AC system
• Electrical and refrigerant connections
• Sealing and finishing of all penetrations
• Removal and disposal of debris
• Testing and verification of system performance
• Manufacturer registration (if applicable)

• Conduct a required site visit to confirm measurements, electrical access, mounting locations, tree conditions, and equipment needs
• Prepare a proposed holiday lighting design for the building and approved exterior areas
• Supply and install commercial-grade, outdoor-rated LED holiday lighting
• Install lighting on the building exterior, roofline, eaves, trim, entry areas, designated trees, and other approved features
• Install outdoor-rated timers, extension cords, splitters, controllers, and weather-resistant electrical connections
• Use non-damaging, temporary clips, ties, wraps, and fastening materials
• Route and secure all cords to prevent trip hazards or interference with station operations
• Test the completed display and verify proper operation

Services Required:

• Supply of all lighting, materials, equipment, timers, and installation hardware
• Complete installation of the approved holiday lighting display
• Service and repair during the display period
• Removal of all lighting and temporary installation materials after the display period
• Removal and disposal of all installation debris
• Protection of the building, trees, landscaping, entrances, garage bays, walkways, cameras, signage, and utility access points
• Off-season storage, if included or offered as an optional service
