From Celebrations to Meetings – Vernon EMS is Your Go-To Venue!

Planning an event and need a venue? Vernon Emergency Medical Services (VEMS) offers its facilities for community use.

How it Works?

  • Complete the Reservation Form: VEMS Building Usage Request Form

  • Provide Event Details: Include the type of event, preferred dates, and contact information.

  • Submit Your Request: After submission, a VEMS representative will contact you to confirm availability and discuss any additional requirements.

  • Submit Proof of Insurance: An insurance umbrella naming Vernon Emergency Medical Services as an additional insured is required. Proof of insurance must be uploaded with your request or emailed to events@vernonems.com. [A popular Coverage We Receive is from Acord and costs approximately $200-250.00]

  • Rental Fee
    The rental fee for up to four hours is $250.00, providing you with ample time to enjoy the space for your event. If you need additional time, each extra hour is available for $100.00. To ensure the venue remains in excellent condition, a refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required. This deposit will be returned after a thorough inspection, giving you peace of mind while you host your gathering.
