  • Installation of one indoor wall-mounted air handler
  • Installation of one outdoor condenser unit
  • Mounting of condenser on pad or brackets
  • Installation of refrigerant line set
  • Electrical connections and disconnect installation
  • Condensate drain installation
  • Wall penetration and sealing
  • System startup and operational testing


Services Required:


  • Supply of all equipment and materials
  • Installation of complete split AC system
  • Electrical and refrigerant connections
  • Sealing and finishing of all penetrations
  • Removal and disposal of debris
  • Testing and verification of system performance
  • Manufacturer registration (if applicable)

  • All primary walkways
  • All exterior stairs
  • ADA-accessible ramps
  • Access paths from walkways and ramps to the parking lots
  • Any pedestrian routes necessary to ensure safe ingress and egress
 
  

Services Required:

 
  • Snow shoveling and removal
  • Ice removal
  • Application of salt and/or ice melt as needed
  • Clearing surfaces down to pavement/concrete
